Is Skirmish ever worth it for WP? Especially after hit weekly cap?

Skirmish take for bloody ever but do they also cap at 1500 or some slightly higher but disproportionately worthless amount considering the time involved?

In ambush people generally die more and faster which means that it gets converted into a nice ISK pool. Salvage in ambush has always been the best. The more obscure the weapon/tactic you use the better the salvage. Loosing however gets you the best stuff in terms of salvage.

If you average around 600 WP or less per game of ambush then you could probably earn more SP per hour by playing Skirmish because you will spend less time between games.

Given skirm takes an average of 20min and ambush takes 10 min and you have a booster. skirm 1.5k per match-------4.5k/hr ambush 1.5k per match----9k/hr Although, the difference between the two isn't very much. Just play one or the other because you like it. Trying to grind it will just burn you out.

If any corp wants to pay for my dropships (lol) I'm as good as anyone flying those things could be. Is there a section for personal ads?

Basically, there is a list of contracts that any corp leader or director can accept. They all have a set collateral that is paid when you accept the contract, It might be 100,000 ISK or 5 million ISK. The first corp to accept a contract will have their corp name displayed as the opponent. The corp that wins the contract will get the payout which is usually 190% of the collateral.

Ive received no loot for being on the winning team and being ranked number 1 for the battle. The loot is totally random.... Not really, you only get a portion of it in SP. And in the time it takes to do one Skirmish you can do 2 to 3 Ambush's. You should also die less in Ambush which will help you profit.
