What a re-tarded reaction to fixing the dmg mod problem, every aspect of the game will be affected by them fixing this, don't forget that not only will rails do less dmg so will blasters and dropsuits with dmg mods, so with this is mind and I'm sure your a smart enough player to have already thought of this, I've gotta call you a self centered man child.
You shouldn't be opposing them fixing a clearly broken mechanic, you should be screaming for shield tanks to be brought into line with armor tanks, which could probably be achieved simply by making their shield hardeners the same as the armor ones and getting shield boosters to rep a little more. If they did this it will be armor tankers crying though that its unfair that shield tanks are so fast have a tough tank and get to fit dmg mods *shrug*

exactly. stop nerfing vehicles. the best forge gun should not be better than the best rail gun. the best swwarm launcehr should not be better than the best missile turret. stop buffing AV. stop nerfing armor. CCP, if you keep nerfing the things that keep the non-COD players happy, then ppl will get pissed. stop catering to these boot as blueberries bc they cant kill a tank with one hit of a swarm launcher. tanks cost MILLIONS. my taank should CRUSH ANYONE THAT DOESNT HAVE PROTO AV. like how the **** does one guy with AV grenades kill a tank by himself- it's too strong. make tanks stronger or nerf AV. |

It's okay, this guy's smart enough to know that when only one class of vehicle dominates the map that makes for a super fun game! Hell we could evenly buff tanks and AV now, tanks at 100% and AV being 150% stronger, and the game would be better than ever!

Another thing ppl gotta look at is that while shields would need to be buffed specifically the hardeners and missiles We still have the problem with the EZ mode no skill AV weapons are all anti-armor
Both AV nades and Swarms are lock on spam and forget weapons that take no skill. Caeli posted a good fix for AV nades to keep the homing feature but prevent it from being easily spammable like they are now
and Noc has posted an awesome thread on Swarm Variants that all swarms should require to maintain a lockon, Missile speed will be bumped of course and dmg slightly prob since ur not able to spam 3 volleys in like 10 secs |

Actually shields where nerfed along with armor then they put in active hardeners for shields(which suck) then they put in active hardeners for armor which buffed them to almost where they should be. But putting them pass shield tanks actually. |

I'd just like to throw out a 'who gives a f*ck' here.
Excluding tank vs tank warfare, any HAV above militia is invincible to the lowbies running around with militia swarms and militia forge guns. If you are worried about tank vs tank warfare, then you shouldn't be worried about shields vs armor, you should be worried about the all-powerful railgun tank. |

You have to see it from the other perspective. At the beginning of the game you could 2-3 shot militia tanks with a militia railgun. The more advanced the tanks become the more damage output you need to take them down. Prime example is the n00b with a soma and a militia railgun. he drives up to a "save position" shots my sagaris 3 times and didnt even put me down to 60% of the shields. While i only need 1-2 shots to take him out with a maxed out railgun. Basically nothing has changed since day 1 of this build. A sagaris or a surya can pop each other really quickly but on the other hand a soma can aswell pop a sica in the same amount of time. Or do i have to remind every 1 to the days where damage mods didnt worked and where armor tanks where unstoppable beasts? And if you doesnt receive the message:
