Right, but Ushra'Kahn was an RP entity, as I had previously mentioned. In fact, they were the premier Minmatar RP entity fighting against Curatores Veratatis Alliance (spell check?) which were also an RP Entity; expanding into null-sec on behalf of the Amarrian Empire and (despite their major flaws) claiming to operate their space as if it were player-controlled high-sec.

That's irrelevant though, isn't it? They are players effecting the outcome of the lore. Making the conscious decision to try and do that doesn't change the fact that it's being done. Besides that, Goons only Trollplay. They still got mentioned. You can take any event and spin it into good lore with effective writing. Doesn't matter who took part in it. All that changes are the quotes and the names.
