Circuitry at lvl 5: +25% to Dropsuit CPU output.

Militia Heavy, 180 by default (180*1.25=225), but real cpu 1 less - 224.
 Heavy Type-I, same thing: 224
 "Eon" Militia Heavy, same: 224
 "Anasoma" Heavy Type-I, same: 224
 Heavy Type-II, same: 224

 Heavy A-Series, 216 by default (216*1.25=270), real again 1 less - 269.
 "Neo" Heavy A-Series, same as A-Series: 269.

And only "Neo" Heavy vk.0 show right value 337 (270*1.25=337.5), or right 338?

 Please fix it.

Maybe the base number is rounded to the nearest one?

As you say, the Heavy A Series suit says it has 216 CPU

 215.5 rounds to 216
 x 1.25
 = 269.375 rounds to 269

Then why 215.5 not rounds to 215?

When rounding, 5 is the most common threshold for rounding up: if we're rounding to the nearest one, then 1.4 = 1, and 1.5 = 2

I don't know any more than you about what's going on in the back-end of the game, of course, but the numbers we're seeing seem to support this hypothesis.

I've also occasionally seen some odd behavior in other places in the game that suggests that there are floating-point numbers being used where the usual presentation makes us think they're integers. One example I can think of off the top of my head would be the time the game told me I had 123456.789 ISK or whatever. Might've even been to four or more decimal places. I should probably have snapped a pic of the screen. Oh, well.

Might have been SP, not ISK. Either way, it was something that half of one is of no use to a merc :)

A far as I know in Dust and Eve evertything rounds down.
For example 1.9 goes to 1
 3.999999 goes to 3
 Etc etc
