A weapon that functions like a laser rifle for infantry (200m range) or unlimited range laser turret.
The beam (infantry) slows down vehicles by 50% and prevents afterburner/nitro. The turret slows down by 90%, bringing aerial vehicles to a controlled landing. The turret is also able to lock down a dying MCC from fleeing to orbit, when MCC tactics and escaping is in game. |

Example 1) A corp has brought a marauder into frontline, the defenders swap to AV with one guy dedicated to webbing the tank down while rest spam AV grenades to kill it.
Example 2) An alliance has deployed 4 MCC's into a planetary fight. The defender is outnumbered but winning battles. To win the war they pin down MCC's from escaping lost battles and win an economic victory of attrition. |

I want WEBS too, but your web is extremely op, it does too many things at once. Split it up:
- Web slows down vehicles, a gun or equipement for infantry and a high power module for veicles
- Tracking disruptor (veicle mounted highpower module) decrease the targeted tank tracking by, dunno, 40%?
- Warp disruptor insatallation stops the MCC from fleeing.
So we have more options and choices and no overpowered module. |

Why, so people cant run you down any more lol, I know how about a module to stops LAV's being called in on top of buildings.

As a dropship pilot this idea makes me ill. Collision damage vs. dropships is insane. If a scout stubs his toe on my door on entry, My dropship explodes. Not to mention this forcing me to do a controlled landing? If the ground isn't flat I will probably roll on my side due to a mound of dirt 2cm high. Then once I'm grounded I know the starter LAV is coming for the bumper kill. |

Stasis Webifier (Equipment) Be it infantry or vehicle based the web should have similar range to an AR (short - medium) and slow the vehicle by 50% at Basic (See EVE: Stasis Webifier). LoS must be kept on target and a visible field between user / target should pinpoint where the web is coming from.
And it should not drop DS's from the sky, they should just move 50% slower.
Tracking Disruptor (Equipment) Be it infantry or vehicle based the disruptor should have similar range to a sniper rifle (extra long) and slow the turret speed / range / optimal by 17.9% at Basic (See EVE: Tracking Disruptor). LoS must be kept on the target and a faint field can be seen to pinpoint where the Disruptor is being used from.
Target Painter (Equipment) Be it infantry or vehicle based the painter should have similar range to a sniper rifle (extra long) and increases Swarms / homing AV grenade damage to target by 25% at Basic (See EVE: Target Painter). LoS must be kept on the target and a faint red laser can be seen to pinpoint where the painter is being used from. |
