Now that there is no new matter in Dust and it is getting boring for some of us;- I thought it would be a fun thing to just try out things. I was inspired last night when I took out the gunner of a dropship with a Laser Rifle and then took out that dropship with packed AV nades all in the same game.
I will be creating a list of these items so all of us can try it out and see how it works for us.
I will start the ball rolling;-
1. Equip a proto Logi Suit with 4 melee enhancers and a droplink/ nanohive. Try killing a red dot with that.
More ideas coming up! |

Can you load a LAV down with remote explosives and drive into a mob, eject , and ignite? We used to do this in BF1942 but not sure if there is a hole or pocket to hold the explosives while you drive. |

It says railgun, tank rail or installations. Dropships dont count. |

Sometimes when you hit the ground with your dampeners in the right way, the bluish air flow effect doesn't disappear, and you end up walking around with it still pulsing from your feet.
As for my suggestion, it's really quite a unique experience to activate afterburners when your dropship is upside down. |

I've countersniped headglitching redline snipers with a railgun installation. I assume they were headglitching cause none of the snipers on my team had killed them despite having better vantage points.
I laughed a lot afterwards. |

Awh common! When does fun have anything to do with the wallet or common sense? Get a gorgon and put an after burner mod in it and try it out. I will put up a 500000 contract up that L.O.T.I.S. can accept and Red Star wont show up. Take the money to try it out.
If player trading were available I would give you the money lol. |

i have (once, and doubt i could repeat it) caught a red dot falling from the mcc on my dropship...i just took him over to where my squad mates were and rolled him off there. I imagine he saw me tried to land on it.
Not sure about all the maps...but the 3 pointer with the big mountain...the mcc is low in the air, right at the altitude cap for a drop ship...and the flight redline is right at the spot where they drop out.
does that count for the surfing one? |

Destroy a Dropship by ramming your LAV into it (better find a good hill as a ramp for good air lol), double points for bailing just before the destruction and living lol |

Allow your dropship to get shot down by the enemy MCC's missiles.
Try out the friendly railgun merc launcher experiment.
TK an AFK farmer with by cooking off a grenade in a Scout suit.
Hack the CRU behind the enemy redline.
Run over a LAV with a HAV.
Hack the missile turret above B in some versions of Skim Junction.
Snipe from Manus Peak in a railgun HAV.
Kill a railgun HAV sniping from Manus Peak. |
