Which 1 do you think is better and why. Assume stable hovering dropship and medium to no skill gunners. |

Scattered, they have high damage for the heat per second and RoF, and the slow tracking is actually a benefit because at a distance it makes aiming on the move slightly easier. |

Tracking is the speed at which the turret moves, so that's why you see Railgun tanks having a hard time moving their cannon, because the Big Rail Guns have a slow tracking speed. But on small turrets tracking speed is fairly meaningless, unless on an LAV. |

I like it because it sprays bullets everywhere and is cheaper to fit (in terms of PG/CPU) than the stabilized. TBH if I could fit stabilized I would, but I'd be sacrificing too much to do it.
The stabilized have a longer range... if someone wants to test small turrets out with me (for ranges) I'd be down 4 it, just too lazy to do it on my own. It'll be cheaper for me too (at least cheaper than doing the large railgun and large blaster turrets!) |

Stabilised blasters are utilised to their greatest potential by skilled gunners. If you plan on picking up random gunners, scattered blasters from a stable firing platform are amazing. The uneven spread of rounds means in accuracy sometimes is rewarded. |

i have been running xt-1 accelerated missiles on mine...all troops are a one shot...2 with splash. Most instillation fall in 3-4 shots and tanks fall fast. All you need is a decent gunner on one side. The benefit to missile launchers is that you can stay out of most ranges of infantry guns while raining havoc from above....until the inevitable swarm/forges come out. But the way i see it, if i force 3-4 players to switch to AV, then that is 3-4 less that my team has to deal with on the ground. After burners will keep your ships alive to the end.
I'll have to try some of the proto blasters, but so far i think the range of missiles works for my style.
P.S. If your going to use for anti-vehicle...make sure to take out all the rail gun instillations first if you can. They can be a pain when you are hovering over a tank to kill it. With the added red line range for flight you should be able to reach all the rail guns deep in the opposing red line. but only with missiles. |

I was using scattered blasters for a while but i've switched over to missile's due to the fact they use less pg, it lets me fit another extender |

It'll be cheaper for me too (at least cheaper than doing the large railgun and large blaster turrets!) edit: I mean that for my tank. I'd like to put stabilized blasters if the range is enough, and eventually I think I will be able to once I get my skills up ^.^ The small blaster turret's range is too small =[
I took off my extender on my gunnlogi so I could fit stabilized large AND small blasters, as well as jovian turbos. Running 4 shield resistance modules, though I might switch the 4th out for something else. And what I've noticed is I can pretty much snipe with my large turret and my small turrets can actually hit people not at crazy close ranges, as well as losing % of health at about the same rate.
Give it a shot 0, you might like it. I think of the Gunnlogi as the anti-infantry tank, and to fit this roll, agility is important. And the ability to hit infantry at range. So I like this build. Yours would probably even scarier.

I have different builds for different maps for my myron . If its a close map my gunners like the scattered neutron blasters as they dominate at close range but if its quite open they like the stabalised for the range . I also allways fit one AT-missle launcher and one blaster . I have been experamenting with acctive hardners but find that I get shot down allot more than when I just fit 3 astropic shield extenders and a clarity ward booster . |
