I am just wondering if anyone else is having issues with the RDV pilots. Had a lot of them crashing into poles and cross beams, or even worse each-other. Now sure sometimes its hilarious but, more than sometimes, when you call in equipment in an open area, but then the RDV decides flying through the obstacles is a better choice. Its as if the RDV's are flying without the knowledge that the game map has any terrain at all.
Any chance we could see a fix on this? or are we doomed to roll the dice on all our vehicles? |

If this is feedback putting in the Requests/Feedback Forum might help, along with [Feedback] in the front of the subject line.
The pilots are AI and I doubt if we can right bugs towards it. However if you want to just insert [Bug] into the front of the subject line and leave the post here. Or you could Search for a previous post and Like it or add your post as a comment. Either way.
The AI pilots are just two separate threads that plot a flight path and try to deal with what happens, even if what happens is another RDV. Considering their flight mechanism is the same crazy system used by the flying bricks it is amazing to me anything happens at all. But that is just me. |

A solution to the worst pilots in the game is to get rid of them alltogether. Instead of rtv's allow the vehical to drop in from the warbarge using an inerta dampener. They would be more likely to get to their destination without hitting random objects |

It does explain a large amount of their behavior. Watching someone's HAV get delivered with no shields is funny as long as it isn't mine. Or one that I am expected to get into.
