Getting 30+ kill gameplays without vehicles, terrain exploits, or a squad to support me. Yo.
Uploading takes a lot of time. Will have it all up over the next couple days. Rather than upload 2 dozen videos I'm representing each of the following killcounts with 1 gameplay.
33 Kills - Manus Peak (Didn't carry hard enough)
34 Kills - 2/26
35 Kills - Line Harvest (Super blue dot carrying)
36 Kills - Line Harvest (Ultra blue dot carrying)

I turn on heavies. Doesn't mean they're not broken though. In this vid they count for 2/3 of my deaths. That fact alone doesn't make them broken as they were in CQC situations, but the fact that it often happens at mid range does. Tip if you're a heavy user wondering where your range is: Hold down the L1 button. |

There's not much we can do about the discrepancy between dropsuits at this point so you might as well make use of what you have access to. It's a design flaw everyone has to deal with. I'm all for closing the gap between high SP and low SP characters. I was using the advanced type-B in these videos. I doubt I'll have proto before I decide to take a break from this game.
I think the biggest issue is health modules and damage mods. 66 extra HP from a single complex shield is ridiculous. I think high level players should just have access to a larger variety and combination of items and roles. They shouldn't be given a significant survivability advantage on top of that. |

Don't see how them being able to attack at mid-range is a problem, but this isn't the thread for that.

On the 36-2 one you are being healed by a logi! This means you probably should have died two more times at least and had six less kills! Logi is cheap tactic and you should have run away from him when he started healing you! This video is null and void and doesn't prove your awesomeness!
Find another 36 where you don't piggyback on a logi! |

Not bad indeed.
I have gotten several games with 30+ kills (35-1 as highest) in Ambush going solo. Doing in with a good squad on the other hand is much harder, I can barely get 20 with a SI squad.
And one tip; Gauged Nanohives. They cost as much to fit as the normal ones and you only have to spend 12K skillpoints. They give you 3 instead of 2, something any killer should have... |

Do you use an HD PVR to record, and if so, which? I'll admit, I'm looking into some way to record gameplay, unless DUST hops onto the PS4 and I really decide to splash out and get that. |

Do you have the video of the match where I killed you twice early on and you left the match? I would really really like to see it. Mainly because I could never kill you in MAG and it makes my special places feel guds. Just wonderin. |

Interesting to see the videos of players who have better armour, better guns, do more damage, and reload faster than everybody else. With the tactics you play in these videos, my character would never have survived, so I assume you would play a lot smarter without all the buffs. Watching the amount of damage you take, but still face down 3 guys and kill them all. I'm not saying you're a bad player, but these videos reinforce how it is less based on skill, and more on imbalanced gear discrepancies and teamwork at this point in pub matches. There are a few moments where a team of guys catches up to you showing how teamwork can compensate. Thanks for sharing the videos |

Nice, I'm in your 36-0 vid...interesting to see oneself through a third person. That looks like my "let's try to get decent with the controller in the frontline fit" time period before I decided it wasn't worth it and went back to KB/M.

This is why shield mods and other equipment that gives high level players insane advantages in pubs should be looked at.

I use an Avermedia HD DVR but wouldn't recommend it. There's no doubt that Dust will be on the PS4. |

Was hoping for something cooler than GEK spam, but w/e...
As for the PVR, chances are that Sony (being oh so brilliant) will be using HDCP encrypted streams again on the PS4, so any HD PVR you pick up now should be just fine assuming it has means to record component.
I use a Hauppauge HD-PVR2 (Gaming Edition), which works quite well. |
