Similar to what I did with the Alliance of Small Corps, I've created the Small Corp Coalition to help small corps fill their squads as smaller corps often play without full squads due to smaller rosters. The coalition also opens up play for smaller corp battles with prior agreements between each other while also giving the ability to team up with each other against larger external corps. As the majority of those looking to join a corp primarily join corps with huge existing rosters, this will give smaller corps a chance to gain some extra experience while still having a chance to grow. I will act as mediator and facilitator with my corp members also acting as support. If you are interested in joining the coalition, please read through the following and contact me via DUST mail or reply here.
*NOTE1: As the coalition must be self governing among the partnered CEOs, do not exploit the agreed coalition to recruit from within each others' corps. Doing so will most likely blackball your corp from all other coalition corps. *NOTE2: If there are any player conflicts between coalition corps, being it not liking someone else's playstyle or an actual argument, please bring these up to the player or corp CEO's at the very least. That way we can learn from each other while keeping everyone willing to play together. Afterall, if you simply avoid or ignore a player or corp because of a conflict and they never know why, that could cause increasing rifts between partnered corps defeating the purpose of the coalition. If there is a conflict that cannot be settled directly, I can be called in to mediate the situation. *NOTE3: Competitive but friendly corp battles are encouraged between coalition corps. Remember no matter what happens on the battlefield, we've all banded together to help each other. Also, whenever fighting with or opposing each other, please constructively give feedback on how to improve and what was done well. *NOTE4: Please follow the following priority when squadding up as we need to make squadding up between coalition corp members a priority over squadding with unaffiliated players: 1. Corp Members 2. Coalition Members 3. Other Contacts NOTE5: Coalition channel invites are restricted within your own corp. Corps are only invited into the coalition through me. That way, we can keep track of who is within the coalition. NOTE6: Those corps who show good activity, organization, and team work no matter how small may find placement within an alliance with numerous EVE and DUST resources where you can retain your corp's individuality while working within an even greater team. |

This is separate. This is a resource for smaller or newer corps. Not everyone can or will be allowed into Dust Gents however those who wish to work with some other groups as they grow this is an excellent way to help them. Also groups in here who are well organized active and seem like a good fit for Dust Gents will have a foot in the door.
Mostly Nomed is just a swell guy and is helping out smaller corps so they have more options besides just joining the massive groups. |

This is not an alliance but an informal gathering of small corps. It's hard being a small corp on your own, only squadding with one or two other members that are on at a time, having to mostly depend on random squad mates, where corp battles are barely even thought about. I've been there and gathering with other small corps really helped my corp and the other corps involved. I would no longer consider my corp small but still see a need to help smaller corps survive and thrive. Therefore, if you're a small corp CEO that could use some help or just a little dependable cooperation, contact me. |

I've yet to see any small corps interested in the coalition. As said before, I am doing this for the benefit of small corps; not my own. If there are not any small corps interested, as a CEO, an active member within a big alliance, and a merc playing to further their own skills, I could gladly use the time meant for this elsehwere. I'll give the coalition a little more time though to see what happens. |

So far, only one small corp has shown interest and I have yet to hear back from them. Therefore, this coalition idea may prove to be a bust. |

@ Rugman91 - I explained to the other CEOs on dust-gents.com forum why I was going to do this so. I also explained in the original post above. In summation though as you seemed to skipped over reading those items, I am doing this to band other small corps together to give them the benefits we had in the Alliance of Small Corps.
@ Akuma and Shelly - This coalition was made to help corps around your size. I'll be in contact with you. As invites only work while the recipient is online, I may just send channel and password info to ensure everyone gets on the channel. If I do send the channel and password info, please only share that info with corp mates to keep the channel secure. |

I'm interested as well. My corporation DOWGS has almost 40 members but only about 8-10 are active. My clan, Dogs of War Gaming, is a well established clan with hundreds of active members, but Dust has yet to draw a lot of players in. I would love to band together with other small corporations as we begin our Dust journey to ensure that we don't play alone and can help each other out. Our community site is http://dowg.net. |

@ Hotdog - This is really meant for new and smaller corps. I am willing to discuss this matter on the XMPLR channel for further consideration though. |

OK, but I may have misrepresented myself...while it's true that I own and run a large gaming clan, my current Dust corp consists of me and a handful of guys struggling to regularly field one full squad. I'll PM you in game and we can go from there. |

Nomed is trying to say:
"we have the alliance of small corps,. We aren't going to add a huge number of new corps to the alliance, so instead I'm going to create a separate coalition so they can have the benefits we did, with disrupting the balance we currently have in the Alliance." |

@ Rugman91 - Please read NOTE 6. BTW, internal alliance questions/discussions should be handled privately via www.dust-gents.com forum instead of public board on official forum.
@ Tectonious Falcon - I always appreciate a point of view from someone who knows nothing about the situation they are commenting as it's always worth a good laugh.
@ Shelly Perotta - The coalition password is secured with a password to aid in management. Don't worry about not knowing everything. Again, that's what grouping together is for; to ask questions and find out info without the worry of being trolled.
@ Everyone else - If you're a new or smaller corp that could benefit from a consistent group of players to squad with, reply or contact me via DUST mail. If you have any questions, please contact me on the XMPLR channel or ask via DUST mail. |

I respond equally to how I am addressed (or interpret). For the most part, it sounded alright until you get to the end (bolded and underlined):
Quote:"we have the alliance of small corps,. We aren't going to add a huge number of new corps to the alliance, so instead I'm going to create a separate coalition so they can have the benefits we did, with disrupting the balance we currently have in the Alliance." How you phrased it, it sounded like you were trying to start an argument between Rugman and myself. If you were being legimate and mistype "with" when meaning "without", I apologize. |

Don't worry about it, Shelly. As long as play to support each other, it's all good. That one match you commented on having trouble particularly sucked for our team as a whole. Didn't help we had 7 friendly snipers under our MMC. I wonder which is worse having on a team, AFKers or snipers? Either way, they seem to have the same affect. |
