Codex lasted much longer than this probably will, but at least codex had some special events to keep us busy, such as the quafe agent and the corp tournament. This build has just been blah.

We have been playing this build since early December, so all the play testing has pretty much been done, and all the feedback they want from us I am sure has been gathered. Unfortunately since a lot of us on the forums are not new players, it is pretty hard to see what people are thinking as they try and get into this significantly different FPS. If we had more new players showing up on the forums and putting out their thoughts and we responded constructively, we might have a little bit more to talk about. I guess most people just want to come here and complain about whatever killed them the most in their first hour of playing though, than to talk about their feelings on the game itself.

The thing i'd like to see us talking about is basically a list of the #1, #2 & #3 things CCP needs to do to make sure that when DUST gets reviewed, the reviews sound good enough that peeps go out and buy a PS3. My List: 1) Best core FPS experience(controls & fps mechanics) in any online console shooter to date, bar none. Remember that you're going to be ruthlessly compared to DESTINY when it comes out, CCP. 2) Best communication & team/squad mechanics ever implemented in a shooter. 3) Best corp/alliance communication & mechanics supported in an MMO. I realize there's no new content in this list, but with tools like this we will be the content and the storyline. And regardless of our level of impatience right now, we all know a kittenton of content is coming SOONERGäó or LATER-« =P
