EvE dropships are designed to descend from orbit, so they're probably a bit beefier than what we use in game. |

The picture depicts Tibus Heth rescuing a man he sent to negotiate with the security forces attempting to control Tibus' rebellion. The man Tibus is attempting to rescue has just been shot by a high-caliber sniper round.
In the book he's supposed to be dead already, but artistic license is what it is.

You mean the MAC suits?
Pretty sure the Heavy is already about that size. Maybe a little smaller in the shoulders when you compare it to the TR MAC. |

I love that the MTAC got its own slide.
I don't know why. It's just the thought of a single vehicle getting so much attention that seems silly to me, I guess. |

EvE dropships have far more capabilities than our toys do.
Merc drop ships are more akin to the Huey helicopter. Fast, thin, lightly armed, and used for transporting squads of soldiers around the battlefield as well as limited fire supports.
EvE dropships are more like cargo haulers with passengers in mind. |
