I know I'm probably preaching to the choir here, but what is with some blueberries and a stunning lack of teamwork or even respect (Green texting for story telling ease) >jump into a skirmish >walk out of the base and try to spot someone calling in an LAV rather than wasting WP on calling in my own >see a guy standing alone on a hill >good, I won't be stepping on anyone's toes for a turret >give him a friendly shot to basically say "hey, I'm going to catch a ride" >ship comes and I back off a respectful distance >he hops in and drives off >chase after him and fire off a few shots just in case he didn't realize he left me >he doesn't stop >basically the same thing happens again with 2 people and a tank >I'm left the last person walking on my own to null cannons >go on get top of my team with a modest 15/7, in a terribly lost mission >check on the LAV guy and he pulled in a stunning 0/4 >no idea what happened with the tank because it was nowhere to be seen The beauty? Toward the end of the battle my team was redlined and I see that same LAV guy calling in another one. Not only does he wait for me to get in turret, but he waits longer for a 3rd to grab passenger
Seriously, it only takes one blue berry to capture/secure the null the rest of us flood into and turn the tide of battle. Do yourself a favor and watch out for the guy next to you |

Not only is it a public match that draws random people that do not understand the game ot team mechanics, it is also a beta test. In any public match you have a compilation of people that have never played Dust (or an FPS for that matter). The rules of courtesy that you think you know and understand are new to people. Perhaps it is that if you do not normally play in organized squads, you may also be a dumb blueberry and not hip to effective habits?
Other people may also be testing game mechanics. This could be anything from bugs in terrain, effectiveness of different modules or weapons, hit detections, ISK payout ratios, or any thousands of different things that make an individual unconcerned with the overall success of any one match as a "team player".
If you want effective teamwork, join a corp and engage in corp battles against other organized corps. Otherwise, don't be a douche. |

little tip to find out the real players on a skirmish match: Spawn on the ground always, never the MCC. run straight to the interior three obj's (5 letter maps) ignoring everything but enemies and and those three letters. Real players know that those three obj's are the only things that matter, let the noobs play on the outskirts. |

For what exactly? such a fail of a troll, why did you even try? If it was to give us a laugh at your lack of abilities you have succeeded. +1 to your failed abilities. |

We like teamwork. The new guys will develop it over time. That will snowball as mic use becomes more widespread. You'll see |
