This may be asking for too much ,but you can expand the game by making a feature that allows a 2nd player to sign in with their character in the same TV from a different account. Also most shooters (yes i know this is not like most shooters) out there have 2 player modes and this can be a great addition to this game. The characters would also have to have leveled up their skills separately or at the same time via this or single-player mode. You will also most likely see a increase in player sign-in and sign-up because most or at least some people look for a game you can play with family and/or friends. That being said i don't know what this requires both technical and money wise, but it's a feature to consider. |

You Know, i would Love this feature, but It might come out **** eyed with problems like people joining matches and both of them walking away mid-match, leaving the team they were on with 2 less Men to Fight with. |

Ah split screening shenanigans. Let's not add it and say we didn't. Split screening gives the two players too much map information, allowing a crap players better knowledge of their environment giving them an edge not available to everyone else on the battlefield. This also causes other players to make a second toon just for farming money and giving them more view of the battlefield. This breaks the balance of a game. If this is added I would no longer be able to take this game seriously and would consider quitting playing all together. |

The game can barely render one viewport without having a fit, and you want to double the workload. Why are you trying to kill our aging PS3s. |

Splitting in 4 works better then 2, aspect ratio stays the same. Would make a good feature for next gen console, don't know if ps3 is up to it.
EvE has multi-boxing, why not dust?
It would make it easier to teach a new player the game in person, don't have to haul a 2nd tv and ps3 over to their house or vice versa. |

Though many would love this it would never be possible at least not on the PS3. Other than the obvious issues with just one player that would cause serious problems for too. This would also require extensive restructuring of the code and engine. Then there's also the problem with PSN IDs. You can't sign into two Playstatin network accounts at the same time so you wouldn't be able to play a MMO. Then there's the graphical sacrifice which just isn't worth it. And with all the information required on-screen in Dust you wouldn't want to have to split the screen in half making it harder to use. There's also the argument "Does anyone still play splitscreen". I do with my little brother and sister but games work better online. And most consumers play with friends over the internet and prefer it.
There's another ten thousand reason this either won't work, can't work, or just shouldn't be done. I wouldn't mind it if it didn't get in the way with anything else. Which it will. But it's just not worth it. |

* This would improve team work as you have two people who can see and chat from the same t.v. * Would be a great option for friends and family I remember when I was young playing halo on a two player screen with my family priceless moments * Allow the players to play their own games and not have to be in the same game this would be great for making the player feel free. Players could join each others game through squad or join separate games simply another great option. |

I don't see how it's possible to do this from a PSN perspective. |

Well like i said in the title it's a suggestion not a request and i'm only trying to get the idea out there for them to consider it.I personally don't play with family ,but i know people that do and most of the time they play a shooter game.I also said i don't know what this feature will involve ,but i figured it's better to get the idea out there than to keep it to myself. |
