Instead of scout, unless you mean Type II scout, militia logistics with two equipment slots is better at laying proximity mines - with two proximity mines equipped, it can lay in one go the maximum six active mines per merc.

Wait, you meant mags and gunlogis? Those are standard tanks and they've been around for weeks. The Surya and Sagaris are the advanced tanks.
The proto tanks were the black ops ones that were taken off the market months and months ago. |

Well since their is only milita standard and prototype tanks u probably saw prototype. we used to have black ops which was the highest skill demanding tank there was but they got removed. |

... really? Scout is meh, but a logi suit? Militia logi doesn't have a sidearm. You'd have to melee infantry to death with a swarm launcher. |
