Well compared to before when we only got 50 SP no matter what, potentially being able to get 1500 SP per match (with booster) is nothing to ignore.
I mean say you play 20 matches a day and you get the full reward with a booster, that is an extra 30,000 SP a day. |

Soft cap = play ambush with a logi type I suit + AV gernades. The SP gain is actually pretty significant. |

meh... 1,500 is enough that i don't feel like it's a chore when i play to help friends reach their cap, but low enough that i'm not tempted to grind on it all week.
i guess everyone is gonna have their own line, but for me it actually feels pretty much "right" |

Soft cap never bothered me. I remember playing FPS before you got any kind of "reward". |

But if you just wanted to wtach your level go up you should stop playing mmos and instead play this game. http://progressquest.com/play/ |

Because the point of MMOs is to progress and get better improving over time usually this means you improve in at least 2 ways, better equipment or gear, and higher levels or skills. if you played dust for 3 hours and have every skill maxed you would probably quit, it be just another shooter, the skill aspect changes the gameplay a lot. |
