If it didnt happen like that then is a dust support issue.

I just wonder if its yours to keep even after your PS plus sub runs out.

It would have been nicer and made more sense if it had included 20 'Neo' Logistics suits so players could try out that suit as well. Not sure why they left that class out. The Exile assault rifle was a surprise but makes sense since lots of new players complain and think it is some fancy high end weapon when it kills them.
