What is the role that you like to play? Are you a frontline fighter that shoots everything that moves, or are you a dropship pilot flying into combat?
Me, im more of a frontline fighter, i like to be where the action is. |

I don't, because I need a good team too coordinate with, instead of flying around a box full of dumbass blueberries who shoot at rocks and the ship itself. |

My favorite role: Drop Ship Pilot
Do I play that role right now? Nope. :(
My most played role: Defense. I sit at a point in a heavy suit, spraying people down with a hose. |

My favorite thing to do is forge gunning. There is something particularly satisfying is taking out a sniper in the mountains from halfway across the map.
LAV hunting is fun too. And drop ships....I guess I just like blowing stuff up! |

Dropship pilot here
I love freely flying around the map even if my team is a bunch of uncoordinated blueberries but when I'm low on dropships i run around as an assault going for objectives. |

I actually love both of those roles. I will SP into dropships more after I'm done with my assault b suit.

Why be bored to death restricting myself to the one gun I'm "good" at when I can use ALL OF THE GUNS?
Why should I be a foot grunt all the time? I want to drive tanks! And fly dropships! And use a forge gun! And be a logi!
...this has caused some slight difficulties in allocating my skillpoints |

Started out as an anti-tank trooper, but the amount of time I spent saving myself with the scrambler pistol encouraged me to make a dual-pistol scout. This is now my favorite role. Will usually sneak behind enemy bases and proceduraly pick them off one by one with a nice shot to the head, or travel with groups of blue berries staying slightly ahead and to the side as a look out for potential threats we may run across.
Making a glass cannon close quarter scout - without a shotgun - goes against how I thought characters must be built in Dust but has been a lot of fun making it work. Favorite moment so far has to be pulling off a quick headshot kill on someone chasing me from behind followed by me jumping off a bridge and landing another headshot kill on an unsuspecting foe whilst falling. |

I like being where the action is and if a friendly is downed and not in a ridiculous spot surrounded by enemies or in the sight of the enemies i'll revive you. |

I once died on top of a roof of a relatively small building but just assumed because I was up any sort of ladder at all no one would come from me, but then the awesome logibro arrives.
The way I view it most soldiers in Dust have 3 to 5 objectives that are all stationary. Logistic medics have 31 objectives that are running all over the place like ants. Wish the logis who put priorities on the stationary objectives would do us all a favor and ditch the nanite injector. They could go uplinks/nanohives/remote explosives or something like that, just stop giving me false hope when it says a "triage" in in the vicinity. |
