Logibro here. R2 brings up your weapon wheel, then use right joystick to select the equipment you want. It will be one of the bottom three selections. Your weapons are at the top and sides.
Honestly, it takes a bit of practice, but you need to become quick at it if you want to be a good logi. |

Basically, look down at the guy you want to stick, and click R1 repeatedly until you do. There's not a precise area, and the game does glitch, which makes it confusing sometimes. I basically just keep jamming R1 until something happens. You'll get the hang of it.
Also, the guy might have already respawned, but the body hasn't disintegrated yet. That happens a lot, especially if you're playing alone with a bunch of smurfs in Ambush or something, and not a squad who will actually wait for you to revive them. |

note that it is very difficult to revive some who has been struck by a vehicle, Their body's injector hit-detection becomes all messed up, so be aware of that. |

no need to look at the corpse, just run up and start mashing R1, it'll find the trigger spot for it. Also, to get back to main weapon just hit R2 once and it'll flip back. No need for the wheel to come up.
IF you have multiple slots keep it on the far left or right to allow for easy selection. middle slots take some extra time and don't always come up immediately without care. Not what you want happening if trying to quick revive. |

The 'hit detection' for the injector has been improved over the course of beta however despite this progress it still needs work (as does the awards / meta arc but that's it's own post).
At this point your best bet is 1. Get needle out 2. approach body 3. dance like mad while looking for the activation indicator at the bottom of the screen 4. hope you don't get shot waiting for the hit detection to allow you to use the injector 5. profit (i.e. revive your fallen comrade).
Hope that helps Cheers, Cross |
