I always wanted short, technical nickname. I used to be professional Quake 3 player for quite a while. At one point, I fragged my opponent so well that he yelled "You literally had a single frame to do that!". Afterwards I started thinking about "Frame" terminology in general and realized how common it is in IT - Main Frame, Frames Per Second, Ethernet Frame... etc. And finally, I decided to be Frame in every single game I played in the future. Very quickly, even real life friends started calling me Frame and even nowadays - they still call me Frame. Some of them don't even know my real name anymore, which is actually cool. Tells you how long I've been using it (around 13 years now). :) |

Aeon - a divine power or nature emanating from the Supreme Being and playing various roles in the operation of the universe.
Amadi - Idama spelled backward. It's a reference to the great Vremaja Idama who was a spiritual leader of the Intaki (which is the race that my character is), heralding their place in the Gallente Federation for it's ideals which I (mostly) adhere to.

I moved to Texas from Minnesota, when I joined the debate team they started calling me "SoTa" I left the debate team a year later - but a guy pretty much followed me into basketball, football, and other sports. So the name "SoTa" stuck, especially with the coaches.
Soon I became known as SoTa PoP! A name I often heard yelled in school. Even the announcers in games against other schools introduced me as SoTa PoP.
Soon my real name became irrelevant and a thing of the past as it caught on, girls getting a kick out of it. |

Etymology of Pytonus
Pytonus is abbreviation with quasi-Latin twist of my normal nickname "niemytapyta" which doesn't translate well into English from Polish. Niemytapyta it is one of a kind, witty and funny way to say "unwashed Johnson" and it rhymes.
I coined the term about 10 years ago while sailing on a 12m yacht without heating system on a Antarctic waters. The temperature was low enough to prevent us from taking bucket baths for about a month. And every time I started to pee from a side of a boat suddenly a lot of seagulls appeared from nowhere (probably from the distinct scent ). So it became recurring joke, that when i was pondering taking a leak outside, I always said "niemytapyta on deck" and everyone knew that there would be some action for seagulls enthusiasts. That kind of humor landed extremely well with a crew of 8 college students.
I have been using this nickname in gaming since. |

Xeserox - Bringer of the Dead to the Dark Angelic Gods. Yeah a little weird, but when you find something like that just kind of stuck. Also, stuck with my eve online character. And so I ended up using that my whole time in eve.
Currently, Xeserox retired planet side in Eve, and ended up getting mixed up with doing merc work. While he spent his final years as a pod pilot in eve in a few different Merc corps, and hanging out with mercs he missed the life style.
Sadly, it wouldn't let me just use Xeserox in Dust, so I added the last name. A name that I use as a family name with a character i used to write stories about.

My rl name in short looks like this when shortened: Dev L.
So with that and thinking that there would be a little anonymity in dust I went with this name.
Beelzebub is another name for the devil and Santana sounded like a good last name for satin.
My psn comes from the same people that brought you "The Wee Baby Seamus's" name but a different show that came before Archer, Frisky Dingo. If you like Archer, watch this series, only two seasons and a little of a third unfortunately but damn funny. |

Last name comes from this dapper capsuleer. Which was generated with a random name gen about 6 years ago.
First name comes from the word Terra, but with an M at the end to make it sound a little less feminine. |
