It also seems (to me) to be linked with the Forge Gun glithes(refuses to charge) as well. Once I get either one of these the day is over as far as using the Forge gun or taking objectives, I then just play a support role for the rest of the day to avoid going crazy. I also have stopped putting any SP into the Forge Gun as it only works(the right way) maybe 50% of the time. Even if it manages to charge it will just randomely fire once I have experienced any of these glitches. It sucks because I love the Forge Gun and I love taking objectives but I just can't deal with the stress. I find the Forge Gun to be one of if not my favorite weapon in the game but I have grown to hate it because of this glitch.

And most Forum readers have seen many, many posts related to the Hacking Quits Bug. Nor is it a [Request] for a similar reason as well as not being in the Request/Feedback Forum. However, it is a request to have an organization, that is on vacation, set their priorities so someone will stop running away. Like I said, interesting post.

I did this and the bug is gone. Not only do I complete all hacks but the hacking circle no longer flickers while hacking. And to the last poster, it is not the controller. Stupid advice. People actually go and buy new controllers when they hear that, just to realize it was never the controller. And your rude tone is unhelpful

I've been dealing with this issue for a long time, but noticed an immediate and obvious difference once I skilled into hacking. Still waiting for others to confirm what has worked for me.

I'm certain that hacking skills don't fix it. I had hacking skills up to 4 before the last reset and level 3 on this build. If anything hacking level one made it worse. It doesn't happen as much as it used too, but the bug is still there.

I'm lucky if 1 in 10 hacks actually goes through without it restarting at least two or three times. I can't begin to count how many deaths are the result of this frustrating issue. Different controller didn't help. Increasing hacking skill didn't help.

Especially if you draw attention to yourself and get killed in the process. This bug is getting so bad that I will not play this game anymore if it isn't fixed soon. And the only way I'll come back is if they announce that this specific bug is fixed, announcing it on twitter or something. Because I wont be periodically checking the forums or testing the game every so often, only to deal with the same frustration. The next time I hack an objective that should by all means be capped long before someone spawns, like a heavy right next to me, I am quitting DUST. And if you say good riddance, you saying that to someone who wanted to be into Dust for the longhaul.
