So in EvE it has become very common way to say goodbye/ See you later to another pilot is by saying "Fly Safe" or in more naughty areas of eve (Pirates) "Fly Dangerously"
Should dust have there own version of this and if so what? any ideas??

In 5 years I've never heard Fly Dangerously - what I have heard is Fly Reckless
Ive heard both in my 5 years and a few other variants that i cant think off top my head thinking back tho i think it was more "Fly Dangerous"
But thats beside the point I always liked the sayings, it always interested me (maybe im sad like that) and always thought be good to have something similar in dust |

Though im loving some of the other ideas people are coming out with XD
I have a question - although I have played many fps games in the past I never been involved with the community before so im curious is "Happy Hunting" come from any other games communties and thats where the idea is comming from. |

I don't think it's associated with any particular game. It's just one of those old as time phrases. |

for brevity's sake, i usually say 'Head Down', as in 'Keep your head down'. you know, 'Fly safe' being the Eve equivalent of 'be careful', same applies to dust. more rarely, i'll say 'Stay profitable' |

As in go dust yourself off from all the crud/clone guts your armor accumulated during battle. It's also a more appropriate way to say **** off, which seems like something mercs would say to each other in a somewhat endearing way. Kind of makes sense as a way to say "go away". |

Happy hunting is common in a lot of the D&D mmorpgs. I don't like it for dust. "Stay profitable" or something else that coincides with the life of a mercenary would be more fitting IMHO. |
