Now first off i want to say i LOVE this game, one of the best games i've ever played. People always say this this and this are overpowered just because they killed you or because a lot of people use it so it must be super good.
Sure there is problems there always will be, just like any other game. But it will get better and it will get fixed. Just like lag, some have it some don't the people who dont say this game isnt laggy at all. Well for them it isnt but for others it might be. But my point here is the lag problem will go away or at least get better then it is now. Redline snipers is a huge problem (Happens all the time and is a serious issue) Some say i should have to switch to a sniper class to take out a sniper, well no i should be able to get close all sneaky like and take him out i shouldnt have to snipe the sniper because he's playing unfairly.
So my main points are to remember these things : This is a beta! Problems will go away and this game WILL get better. I guarantee it.
Lag will get better
Redline sniping will get fixed
other things will get fixed as well
Whether in 2 weeks or 2 months I don't know thats CCP's job |

Yup, me-thinks a lot of folks forget its a beta and expect a polished final build. This is not that... One day though

99 problems but Dust ain't one!
edit: yes, many people are used to Beta Demo's. this is a true beta... as if it was hard to tell.. lol .. CCP has even said this before, this is a TRUE BETA and not a "Beta Demo". some people just do not understand the difference |

I like driving lavs up to those redline snipers and squash them then turn around and speed back to safety. Eather that or land a dropship on the sniper but the lav is funner espeacially when u end up driving off a 50ft cliff cant do that in real life and survive |

Yes its a good game deep down inside. Especially awesome is how the tactical layers actually work here: tank and assault is not the only viable combo.
Dust is perhaps the only large map fps where sniping is a completely viable endgame option. By this I mean bringing snipers into a tournament final won't get you laughed at as it would in pretty much any other mechanized infantry fps. |

Seriously, look at how much is missing from this game compared to other shooters out there. Yet I still play it more than any other game at the moment, I know it's a beta yet I could still see myself playing this exact build for another 2-3 months before I get bored with it. It's really that great  |

Redline sniping is a part of the game and I've seen people skilled in turrets be just as effective passed the redline.
It'll be interesting once they're able to be deployed. |

I'll be taking a break untill the next update since I'm here for features that aren't even in the game yet, and I'm got beta fatigue. But yeah this game is awesome and I'm happy to see the core gameplay getting so polished : )

LOL been hearing the same things for 8 months.
They have been making progress in some areas, back tracking in others and generally, though, imo, the game has been improving.
There is so much we haven't seen yet because of the focused testing going on atm. :/

Hey again ITS BETA
come back and complain about stuff on release and I won't say anything if it's not fixed by then
but until it's released with extreme lag bad textures/sound and other things the game isn't out yet and you shouldnt complain
I think its amazing personally I just love every aspect of the game play
getting kills feels good and like i actually earned them
and I think the atmosphere set by the game is nice |
