So i was wondering do passive boosters help that much? i put it on and it seemed like my sp went up the same rate as normal. i know i bought the passive booster btw. so does it help a great deal? will i notice increased passive skill points a lot? Was it worth my Aurum? |

You may want to search the forums, there was a passive booster bug with a work around. They may have fixed it, though i dont know. |

Bug still there . Switch your passive sp to another character slot and switch back and it should clear up . You'd be able to tell the difference. |

Without the passive booster your passive gain will be 1 SP/4 seconds. With the passive booster, that same gain jumps to 1 SP/2 seconds. You get double the SP gain. If you are not seeing any changes, it could be that you didn't activate it in the Augmentations tab of your character sheet. |

You get a +50% boost. It's 1 per 3.6 sec to 1 per 2.4 sec (1000 per hour vs 1500 per hour). |

you get 1500sp per hour instead of 1000 with the booster.
this means you get 252,000SP instead of 168,000 SP for the week. |

Your question of is it worth it, then imo yes it is. Tbh it's the only thing which is actually good, would rather get this than spend your aurum on gear or even those expensive blueprints and the active sp boost is pointless unless u really struggle to reach the cap and the vast majority i doubt it, so yeh go for the passive sp boost if you got the mercenary pack |

Short answer yes they're worth it. You get 24000/Day without booster.............36000/Day with. This is the answer you're looking for. |

Active raises the cap (280,000ish), and continues giving bonus exp after cap (1500). |

If you work for a living and actually sleep, then the passive booster is a better option than the active on,imo.

13m SP is impressive for the last 2 builds. Think I hit 10m SP there or something.
On older builds, you had way higher SP rewards. 40k SP a match was easy possible.... |

Oh wow so the cap they determine is based on normal exp but with a booster the cap is raised? When when they have been talking about they don't want people to skill up too fast and keep it on a level playing field they actually mean they just want more money off people to get more sp?
If that's the case then they have allot of answering to do because they way they are explaining stuff and describing is completly different to what their doing in reality. |

At the character selection screen (after the intro press the start button ) you can press X once on a character window then there's an option to activate passive on him.Theres 3 windows in total so you can create a new one if you don't have a secondary mercenary yet. With boosters you get 25sp per minute rather than 16.5. |

Anyone else think that a new player should have passive SP turned on his first character by default? We'll have a lot of new guys confused over this for awhile. |

7k AUR = 1 week passive booster = 84000 additional SP...guaranteed....MAX (500*24*7) 7k AUR = 1 week ACTIVE booster = 95000 additional SP guaranteed (assuming you hit cap) PLUS up to 500 SP PER GAME...UNLIMITED
obvious choice of 1 over the other, but with both running... well SP accrues that much faster |

i saw a few posts listing passive SP amount with and without boosters by the second, hour and day. when testing if passive boosters are working, by the second is too fast for accurate measurements, by the hour and day are too long.
here are the rates per minute. go to your skills menu where you can see the SP going up every few seconds. write down the SP at the start of the minute and then again after 1 minute and subtract for the difference:
without passive booster = 16.67 SP per minute with passive booster = 25.00 SP per minute |
