yup, theres more too, i just had friends ask me why an xbox would delete all their USB files... well idk i've never owned one. but google told me you first need to place USB in to xbox first to let it "format" it and then place files on it.. if you put files first then xbox just deletes them all haha... wtf?

While I don't deny that M$ has screwed over their consumers A LOT over the years they have proven that Xbox live is the superior online service. M$ has also screwed over a lot of Devs in the past but Developers continue to make games specifically for the 360 and port them over to the PS3 because of how much easier it is. Which is also the reason why games that would make sense to be on the PS3 are exclusive to the 360.
to each his own, i do not find Xbox Live superior in any way. cross game chat? idgaf
a buddy has it, he couldn't find anyone to play with, apparently he had a server setting set for child? or something so he wasn't being put in to online games til he chose a new "server"? why split the online community like that?
games such as COD? i dont play it, apparently still use Peer To Peer... tell me, why is that so much better that the PS3 that does it for free? haha
XBL does not make my Netflix a better experience, nor does it make video or voice chat better (free on ps3)
everyone has their own feelings, my opinion is the Xbox controller is returded* and horrible
