The only thing really bothers me from other players is when someone joins a match, and then doesn't show up to play.
There were quite a few corp players in the pub match and I knew it was going to be a close battle since both teams had good players. I also was kind of expecting a good performance from Kain to help us balance the tide against the Pink Fluffy Bounty Hunters.
It's clear that Kain Spero was just joining pub matches to get sp before the downtime, with no intention of playing the games he joined.
I understand the temptation, even more so tonight with the weekly cap reset at the upcoming downtime there is a lot of speculation that there is a 24 hour period to get your 200k WP before the weekly reset (bonus week of active SP if you can play ~20 matches today). However the pursuit of better skills should never cloud your decency as a player in the community.
Being bad in a match excusable, taking other people gear is excusable, but leeching a match for more SP and ISK, at the expense of all the other players on your team is in my opinion pretty inexcusable. Players obsession with getting the most SP possible to be the best players is an attitude that seems really central to Dust and more specifically the Imperfects. It is mostly a good thing it breeds high end competition, however when players start to do things like this to gain those advantages it hurts the Dust community.
I know Kain is really popular around here, and he does a lot for the Dust community, I guess I just hope this serves as a point to how even the best players can be ****** if the pursuit of more skills is to great.
It's simple, don't leech. If you accept a match even a pub match I feel like there is some obligation to at least play in that match. If you leech matches for more sp and isk you look bad, and so does your corporation.

*To the inevitable why where you in the MCC*
-As you can see from my score I was playing the match, after I died I checked the score real quick and noticed Kain had 0 WP, I then spawned in the MCC to see if he was in fact just leeching the match. That's when I hit record.
