So is there the possibility of a tanked Scout, or super quick scout? One, I don't know what Covert Ops means in this game. Sig radius lower, or actual Stealth mode? Assaults could be tri-weapon ones with 1 light, 2 sidearms, no equipment or grenades. Any other ideas or info? Heavy's are self explanatory, faster Heavy with less armor, complete tank heavy with incredible slow speed. I'm talking 1000-2000 HP, but able to be hit by AV nades. |

Covert Ops suits are likely to be able to use special covert ops cloaking devices, which makes them much deadlier than the standard cloaks. They're likely be able to function and perform various actions while not interrupting the cloak at all. |

Carries liquid ozone in his man purse.
Trolls you in local so your more apt to hunt him for the cyno drop.

If the previous data mines are anything worth extracting information about the splitting of suit functions are rather interesting past prototype level.
These 'specialist' suits or to an eve players point of view 'tech 2' suits are just highly advanced and highly FOCUSED variants of the tech 1 suits. Tech 1 suits are still overall 'superior' at everything they're able to fit while Tech 2 suits are very constrained in their fittings as they are overly focused on the specialization. The suits I've seen back then traded up alot of things to focus however so one aspects of the suit may have get much weaker vs a tech 1 suit of the same base.
So for assault suits you may get something like Strom Tropper where they are geared towards speed defenses and attack but they lose equipment slots or something. The alternative suit would be like Special Forces suit which over-focuses on damage and maximises equipment layout while retaining assault suit attributes. Mind you these are just examples though... but expect every suit class to at least split up into two specializations post prototype level and also expect advanced suit skills akin to the murader for the HAVs are. |
