Friendly fire would be a great dynamic. People would either learn not to run into someone's line of fire or die. This "Griefing" you speak of would be short lived as someone caught intentionally TKing would soon find that they have nothing but enemies on the battlefield.
Besides, friendly fire would be in the spirit of New Eden and I would welcome it. |

These are not sufficient reasons for keeping a stupid mechanic that encourages players to spray bullets and pitch explosives without paying attention. |
