Hey guys, just letting you know that I am monitoring this thread and will bring the issue up later this week to see if we can get some sort of resolution for people who lost out on SP, or at least tell you guys what's up. |

I understand that you guys are frustrated with losing out on SP in this way. I'm unfortunately unable to say why there has not been a reimbursement, as I do not have knowledge of the tools GMs use on the DUST side. I will hopefully have something to tell you by Wednesday morning. |

Just an update guys, since I don't have a firm answer on this today. The GMs are reviewing the information on the bug and the situation. I can't be sure when I'll be able to have any further information for you, but I will keep following up on this. |

Hey guys, a resolution to this issue will be announced soon, but we'll be holding off on a full announcement until we're 100% sure of the method and timing of it. |

Just so you know, it will be resolved, but the majority of the DUST Development team is off for Chinese New Year at the moment. Full details of the fix will be posted once they get back and we can nail down the final details. |

As the petition answer from GM Grave said, we are working on an automatic reimbursement script that should look at everyone who had their SP gain deactivated, activate it, and reimburse the points you lost.
Petitioning about it now might not be the best idea; please wait until we announce the full details, as you might not even need to do so. |
