I just bought a Passive Booster not that long ago but for some reason it doesnt work even though its on countdown. I have tried restarting my PS3, play a few matches, and waited in Merc Quarters but nothing seems to work. CCP can you please look into this for me, if you need any additional information just send me a PM. Thanks in Advance.

Apparently, it JUST started working after restarting my PS3 three times, so nvm. |

With my passive booster active, I clocked the skill point accrual rate at 500sp per hour. Is that correct with a booster? |

I have not had any skill points with the passive booster as well. Restarted the game 2 times, and reinstalling the game 2 times. nothing is working. |

Logged out at 04:15 with 94,549.5 unallocated skill points. Logged in at 15:28 with 100,155. I have one character and purchased both the passive and active skill boosters.
With passive booster we should be receiving 1,500 SP per hour. I should have received approximately 16,875 SP and only gained 5,606 SP which is about 500 SP per hour. |

worked for me like this: make new character, activate passive gain on him, then reactivate passive back on your main character. |

There have been countless threads about this, try and search next time, anyway... you need to create another character, activate passive xP on him then quit the game, when you come back activate your passive xP on your 1st character and it should solve the problem :) |

Sorry, I usually search but just posted onto the end of the first thread I found.
An hour and ten minutes later and I've gained 1,705 SP. The solution works. Thanks guys. |

You need to do as suggested. I had the same issue. With the booster you should be getting 1 sp about every 2.5 seconds. Just switch passive gain to an alt, then back to main. |

I bought a passive booster but when i went to augmentations to activate it a screen pops up saying i have none and would i like to buy some. at this point im like wtf? so i try restarting the game and activating it. same thing. so i buy another one to see if that did anything. nope. same thing. so now i wasted 14,000 AUR on 2 passive boosters the game wont allow me to activate because it says i did not buy any. Anyone else with that problem? or know how to fix? and yes i sent the support team a feedback message but i was hoping to get a quicker response here if possible. |

We don't see many dev responses here so I sent CmdrWang a message to look at this and get the right guy involved. Maybe with a little prodding we can get an answer. Especially considering the boosters cost us money.
