The only thing I did differently today was buy and activate a UTV and enable voice comm. It started kicking me so I turned it off, however the issue didn't go away... May or may not be related but plenty of people in Local having the same issue...

After watching the skill points tick and doing some math... I'm only getting my passive booster skill points... not the base skill points for passive gain... 1 tick every 7-8 seconds which doesn't add up properly...

Both boosters on since server up on the 10th, and playing till I start getting 75sp a match for the last 2 days. I should be over 648k sp total at this point... Not sitting capped for the day at 602k sp... Verified that passive was working at serv...
