Locust grenades in this game were, and still are balanced to combat replication suits. News flash, we don't have that much HP anymore.

On topic,what people need to be more focused on in regards of the grenades,is the inaccurate stats that are represented.Since when does a 6 meter blast radius equal 4~5 feet?
Basically,the complaining of the grenades in this game are the equivalent of the knife in MAG.Players that perceive themselves as more skilled than the majority of the playerbase feels like they shouldn't be getting killed by a weapon that takes far less skill to use. |

But even if the cooking mechanic was perceived to be "fixed",if there was still a lot of spamming of grenade and people dying from it,then the same thing applies where people feel like they are overused and that it takes no skill to use them,leaving "skilled" players feeling like they are OP.
This is a problem that's endemic with every single shooter that's pretty much ever been made.People feel like they shouldn't ever get killed by less skilled players,no matter what they kill them with,especially if it's a one on one situation.Now throw in factors of having higher character skills where you are pushing out more damage with your gun.For players like that,to get killed by a grenade probably feels like a slap in the face.
Just wait until the maps are littered with REs and people are getting constantly killed by that.There will certainly be another outpouring of QQ'ers claiming that they are OP as well and begging for them to be nerfed. |

I would say if you do that,then make the blast radius bigger and accurate to what the specs are.As it is now,if someone is standing six meters from a grenade blast,they aren't going to take a single HP of damage.
