I have to agree, it seems like every wave of changes recently makes the game somehow worse.
The removal of scopes from assault rifles sucked, plain and simple. Maybe it was needed for game balance (I don't think so), but being pigeonholed into using an iron sight when you're in a self-powered hyper-futuristic robotic combat suit being teleported down into battle from space just plays badly and feels worse.
Now with the new SP caps, I am really feeling a change for the worse. My friends who play are all angry about it, and it ends up preventing us from getting to play together since people get capped out in a few hours. Nobody wants to just sit and rack up ISK for hours on end, and I think this REALLY damages the multiplayer experience as a whole.
I was really excited when I discovered Dust a few months ago, but I just feel like the design staff are constantly making changes which appear wholly oblivious to the desires and expectations of the people playing the game.
Hopefully things start turning around soon. This trend of progression, or regression as it may be, does not make the game's future look bright. |

I'm hoping on the 22nd there's going to be an update to this game, but if there isn't it's some serious cause for concern.
I would agree with the idea that there would be a cause for concern then. I hope we see a lot of features we have not yet seen then. I want at the very least to be able to sell items and to share items and ISK among people. Something to start the market at least.
After that I hope we can move beyond these 4 man squads and play more of these corp matches. So far there is not much reason to do so except for those of us playing EVE and looking to provide some bonus to FW. That said its hard from the EVE side to see that there is anything going on in DUST, so I hope that changes as well.
My greatest hope is that we finally get to see a little more in the way of maps. |

We wouldn't have people leaving if this game was more diverse - come open beta if this doesn't change I fear a lot of our vets may take off - and with them a good portion of the rest of our faith. |

where are the two new suits?
Where are the 5 new weapons and the other half of the maps they took out of the map pool? ;_; |
