Mr PurpSicle D3LTA FORC3 Orion Empire 19	Posted - 2013.01.10 16:26:00 - [1] - Quote So I go to buy a UVT and I notice the prices have changed but it appears to be only for a few chars not everyone. Some of my other corp mates have been able to buy them for 10 AUR. The price my market is showing is 1000 AUR for the 30-day. Anyone else seeing this?

Not fair! This was a few hours ago however. I would think CCP would fix this bug quick, considering it affects their profits. Anyone still seeing the 10 AUR price? Because if you are, BUY A WARBARGE LOAD OF THOSE THINGS.

Doesn't really make much sense. i would say that a 100AUM would be fair mid ground maybe 500+ but 1000 is a bit high then again it not like that 60 dollor monocle on the eve market place some time ago.

But if I am restricted to being able to do the one thing I enjoy most about dust, which is player interaction, I might as well find another communication method or just stop playing. Sure you might tell me that 1k aurum is only $0.50, but that still means I have to buy an aurum package, which tempts me to use that aurum for something other than a UVT, and just.....ugh.

People are seeing 10 Aurum, checking out, and then retroactively having the other 990 Aurum removed from their account without notice. So, for example, last build the first thing I did was buy 50 uvt so I wouldn't have to worry about it, which cost me 500 AUR. If someone did the same today, they would have expected to be spending 25-ó on UVTs, but charged $25. Yeah, $25 gone, without notice for an item that you were told you were paying 25-ó for. Imagine you went to the store and bought a small piece of candy for 25-ó with your debit card, and then get home and check your bank balance and see you were charged $25. in regards to the new price: 50-ó a month for full group voice chat with no ads isn't bad really.

Are you saying that a store has the right to demand money from me if I bought something in a sale that's no longer running?

Well it works out to be about ~50 cents, really not bad considering it lasts an entire month. I was originally opposed to it, but looking at the bigger picture it really isn't that bad. Plus it's likely we all would have bought UVT's anyway so we could use voice in a non-corp chat room.

Those of us who bought a bunch at 10 AUR yesterday are having 990 per unit effectively STOLEN from our accounts? I'll need to check that because if thats true then its bullshit. I planned to spend a dollar on my UVTs not $100. I might be willing to buy UVT at the current prices if need be AND its worth the cost now that almost everyone doesn't them. I wouldn't have ever bought the 200 of them... well I guess I'm off to log in and see if my AUR wallet magically emptied!
