You also need ALLIES which the egocentric attitudes push away. Then there's just pissing people off, which puts a massive target on your back (most of their forum users are master at this). My main prediction is they'll make an incredibly stupid recruitment choice, which will amplify the other flaws.

And I'm talking about the future, when allies DO matter.
