Is combat possible between the factions in orbit? I haven't done much on Sisi, but I seem to recall you can only PvP in certain places...

PvP is consent only, right now, so we're basically all cooperating even though our Corps and Militias are fighting against each other.

Right now I'm our only Cyno boat, so having another one would be great. Best one for the job is a Force Recon ship with all Intertia Stabilizers in the lows, and Hyperspatial Velocity Optimizers in the Rigs.

Reduced time for the Cyno to be active, so if we need to make a couple jumps we can do it more quickly. Party Bus is up! (23:47)

We just got a Minmatar Militia guy, but we still need more. well i can join them it just apparently locks up my system after a match or during a match idk why i posted in the technical section a while ago with full updates on what i tried when i was goin through alot of hard freezes and only when i left the "Dust 514" channel which i believe CCP created EVE side i stopped freezing. Today Kain invited me to the LFOB channel and 1st match since i joined it i froze
