Is combat possible between the factions in orbit? I haven't done much on Sisi, but I seem to recall you can only PvP in certain places...

PvP is consent only, right now, so we're basically all cooperating even though our Corps and Militias are fighting against each other.

Best one for the job is a Force Recon ship with all Intertia Stabilizers in the lows, and Hyperspatial Velocity Optimizers in the Rigs.
