Not sure about ever one else but kind of suck at this game, love it to death but still suck in my old age. I would like to put out there, and see what you about adding some Insurance to say 10 drop suits per match I'm at the point where if I us anything but the free stuff it cost me money to use more then one or two based on the current pay out rates.
This is what I'm think 10 AUR at the start of each match for one line of suits and have some kind of carry over to the next match if you don't us them all, so we can start maken some isk and not just being forced to drop down to the cheap suits if I have any dreams of making any isk and not haven every match cost me isk. This is just a thought mind you so be kind and caring thank you.
Also whats up with spawning targets right next to you at the start of each match it never fails I always get a heavy with a mini gun i cant kill =P |

If you don't want to be running at a loss, bring Starter Fits. if you have AUR, buy a few Militia Blueprints to mod them with.
That way, you have a selection of free suits to run with.
If you DON'T have AUR, you can use a few non-blueprint Militia items to mod the Start Fits, and while they won't be FREE, you can create a competent fitting for almost any situation with less than 5,000 ISK per restock. |

I'm not sure about dropsuits, but you should definitely be able to take out insurance on your vehicles. That would certainly ease my suffering just a little. Just do it like in EVE. |

It's not a pay to win feature - yet you could pay so your deaths sting less. |

The up side to this though is the balance. You can choose to pay at the beginning of the match, but you dont have to. If you don't die you've lost money. If you do die your reimbursed a percent of your loss. Were not all amazing killers ya know |

For those that don't know: CCP does allow you to insure ships in Eve, so this request does have a basis. I don't think it would work well in this game, however. |

I don't really see a point. You know you're going to lose your dropsuit over and over in Dust. In Eve, you're more or less investing in insurance for a ship that costs a lot more and isn't always certain that you'll lose it. Putting insurance in Dust would just be adding a pointless layer of complication to the cost of dropsuits... |

There needs to be something that tells us how much ISK we've lost in the battle- we could also set a "spending limit" warning amount. In other words- I might want to set a 100,000 ISK spending limit. It will list my ISK lost as "X/100,000", then warn me (possibly by changing the fitting name's color to yellow) when a fitting would bring me over that limit. |

I know this without having to have a system tell me. I die once I lose 130K.....I die twice I lose 260K.....I die 3 times well im definitely not going to be making profit on this round. Sometimes I will switch to my skinweaves after 1 death sometimes I wont if the death was a stupid death that shouldnt have happened but I just got unlucky. |

Insurance for dropsuits? No. Vehicles? Maybe..Outside chance maybe. Installations and such would be much more appropriate though. That way, at least if a bunch of blueberries can't pull their act together, the buildings and equipment aren't a total loss. You'll have enough to buy something to drown your sorrows at least. |

Insurance in EVE is based on the mineral prices. Since dropsuits are seeded and not manufactured and you are buying them from an npc basically. The there is no way to really calculate the value of a dropsuit unless they did it by the cost of each one. Which really would be small change when it comes to militia dropsuits. The average frigate in EVE costs 4 to 6 times the cost of a proto. So even a cheap frigate is pushing 400,000 isk.

I use AUR items to stack up. There are times I play Corp battles and I don't get paid back for my losses. I try not to use expensive gears just to get kills. I try not to die a lot, that's my Q.
I use AUR items for active and passive boost to help me level up faster, There are times I don't play and let my passive boosters do it's works.
There are many players are missing the point of squad leader abilities, having the squad leader issue a command order (ex. defend), and anyone in your squad within that command order get more WP, when you heal I believe it's 72 wp. For repair I believe it's 35. For a kill, I believe it's 75? Anyways, you end up having 2000 plus wp and get more ISK. |

Its one thing to put a price on a 400k frig that take about 3 mins to mine for and about 10 sec's to loss but the 6 dropsuits that cost around the same no your right no way to calculate it at all but i would say if you base your price on minerals then how many minerals would it take to build a dropsuit in eve and base the in game cost of the suits on that then you can do the break down of cost to minerals |

afew thing wrong with all of this why have anything if its going to cost you to use it. at this point we all should have AUR and I understand losing a match and haven it cost you but when you win you should make money not lose money. All it really comes down to is an oversight of some kind, and your points are off a bit healing someone 60 wp killing someone 50 wp repairing someone is 25 wp for ever so many armor fixed and i say armor because thats all i have fixed at this point and i have gotten up to 125 wp fixing a heavy before |
