DUST Search - the new AV sniper rifle is going to be horribly over powered

It might have been. I forget which build people talk about, but I know a couple people kept asking to get their AV sniper back for a while. Not sure if it actually worked like that though or if it was one of the builds with overly damaging weak points on vehicles or something.

CCP said in IRC that it would have an arcing firing pattern. Which means it's hardly a sniper rifle.
