I don't know which weapon you're referencing, but AV sniper rifles have popped in and out of builds in the past, and I think they just had a damage multiplier vs vehicles, not having something like 1000 base damage that also applied to infantry. It could be like the forge though, if you're talking about the plasma cannon thing. |

Actually that aur sniper was just exaggerated to have av abilities, even the charged was/is more Av ready
I think there used to be one that actually had AV capabilities though, several builds ago. Then it disappeared, then it came back and didn't have its AV damage or something. At least that's what I was told, I didn't use it when it was there early on. |

It might have been. I forget which build people talk about, but I know a couple people kept asking to get their AV sniper back for a while. Not sure if it actually worked like that though or if it was one of the builds with overly damaging weak points on vehicles or something. |
