New Build Before the 21st?

But, but, but I have Lahmborginni at L5, Learjet at L2, Positive cash flow at L5 and Positive cash flow proficiency at L5!! And I have pending Year Vacation in Europe/Australia/Disneyland to be trained until its L5!!
