There does not need to be any kind of flight time for bullets. There is a health system that has varying health for each player. Flight time would merely add to inaccuracy and cause issues. |

Battlefield 3 guns kill in less than 10 bullets, but you must be a skilled player to account for recoil, sway, drop distance, and other factors. Also, lol. |

in order for a shooter to carve a niche in the ever-crowded FPS genre... the core gameplay itself needs to be unique.
If you love CoD.. go play it
if you love BF3..go play it
Dust appeals to me due to the fact that it is NOT very similar to those games, which I have played and am simply tired of.
Sure there are many issues that need to be addressed, and much more added to this game, while the community here is constantly trying to modify to their liking things that, in all reality, are NOT broken, but are simply different...
"nerf this, change that" How bout we all start focusing on notifying devs of bugs and glitches, and provide input on what to add to the game, as well as pointing out issues that affect everyone
Not just Mary Jane CrotchRoT gettin worked over by a squad of players that are working as a team and happen to have 6 million SP and all relevant stats maxed out...
just seems like way too many people seem to forget this is a BETA... and WE are the testers.. the primary form of feedback to the devs as they work to get this game polished and ready to release to the world |

Ive played my fair share of BF3, and that is a load of crap good sir. The guns of BF3 suck very very badly. |

To be fair what we have now is Gallente AR's, and that faction is the short-range one. Hopefully we get some longer ranges when they introduce the faction gear. |
