So how do you know if they are managable or if you can manage them.

An i never said anything about other people i posted something directed at you since you were complaining. I offered you a solution based on my expertise, hence me running a 600 + member succesful corp

Let's sum this up: I'm saying that I listen to team chat, but nobody says anything useful.

You meanwhile, are making up reasons not to respond.

Good squads usually stick to squad chat. They work together, and ignore the rest of the team. Then they come here and complain about blue dots being idiots when, in many cases, being active in team chat would have allowed them to COMMUNICATE with the blue dots - or at least some of them - and coordinate things better.

MAG comms were great because it designated leadership to a few people who are able to relay orders so that everyone can hear. whether it is PL or OIC. Not sure how that system can be implemented here unless someone is given a comm channel that overrides all or forces everyone to hear, whether they are in corp chat or squad chat.

But I can only imagine that the Battle Commander (in dust..forgot what the title will be. But the one controlling the installations from the sky) will be able to have that sort of power.

To command a unit of multiple personalities an ideas you must show a level of comprehension an prove to the unit your capable of command.

If they continue to discredit you an ignore, your either the victim of casual gamers or gamers that think they are better then you. If you think a group of 16 people are unrestrainable then i am regret to inform you that should not be apply for leadership roles.


You must command respect when in a leadership role.

I have run groups of over 100 people in MAG, Zion leaders have run groups of similar sizes as well as PRO RND an many more. 16 people in a group should never be considered diffucult to manage.If you need silence then Command the COm's to be cleared. Step up to the plate an be the ALPHA. You want to lead you have to show your worthy!

So I've been on teamchat quite a bit, found nobody and when I do there yelling over one another and generally being muppets. Personally, I'm not interested in rounding them up and leading them to a glorious victory, I'm here to enjoy myself not chase after a bunch of people that seem to lack common sense.
