I know it takes a lot of SP and ISK to get the Proto gear, but it takes a lot of skills and gungame to take a Proto out with Militia

I shouldn't be able to **** the whole other team constantly with just militia gear. It needs to be nerf! Just think about those poor players in better gear with all that ISK and SP invested. They are powerless against free militia gear.
