It's perfectly reasonable for my Militia Shotgun to rip holes in people, and it's perfectly reasonable for the Toxin - which ISN'T Militia gear - to be even better than the Militia SMG at ripping people apart. I have a whole collection of BPO-filled fittings that cost me NOTHING to use over and over. But when I go up against competent players with better gear, or GOOD players with similar gear, I get stomped.
