bad idea dont need anymore ezmode stuff like that activate them urself its not that hard to do even during battle
part of the skill in tankin in knowing when to use ur mods and having the game setup where it does it for u automatically is ezmode |

Well there is a solution imho.... if a forge can take out a 2 million isk tank in 3 shots it should cost at least 100 000 isk (the basic one) and not that ridiculous amount of 8 800. I'm not a real tank driver but still i use them sometimes and are pretty useless if you don't spend at least 1 million isk on it. I am "happy" when another tank destroys mine, and i don't want things to be unbalanced, but really forge guns doesn't cost too much, but still are too devasting against vehicles.... (bad english, sorry xD)
yes, but some scout isn't going to randomly emerge from behind a crate jump and front of that tank and redesign your brain pan with a well placed shotgun round. forge gunners are vulnerable not only to the vehicles they hunt, but also the infantry between them and successfully removing an opposing teams vehicular advantage from a match.
not only that, but a good proto fit using exclusively ISK variant weapons, will cost on the low end 350k. using said fitting only about 2/3 of those suits will actually survive long enough to successfully deter, deny, or destroy a vehicle. perhaps even fewer depending on a staggering number of circumstantial variables. |

Im sorry if I play smart in my tank. Im not gonna run around thinking im god in my tank. And I have already shot you in the face many times before. It compensates for me hiding in the red zone. Uou cant hit what you cant see. |

Suggestion (Should be in other section)
As already mentioned, raise price
Add tracers so that it's more obvious to where they are (for the love of god you're in a heavy suit take a little damage, looking at all you redzone forge snipers)
Make the forge gun a turret instead! (Gonna get hate)
One shot magazine, cuz those things have to suck up massive amounts of energy
Add an arc (the Mass Forge?)
Make a certain shield that can repel forge gun shots like a rubber wall

A specialized 'Forge Shield' (good vs forge guns, weak vs all else) actually sounds reasonable. |

Forge are hard to get hits with at longer ranges due to the shake, so the damage they do isn't an issue. If someone is killing your tank with a Forge Gun, they probably have a higher level one, and know what they're doing. |
