Iv noticed blue dots are horrificly bad at the moment they get shoot in a straight line or grasp even the basic elements of team work. As a result they seem to be very underpowered |

Not always true. I often notice the blue dots with the label "Imperfects" seem OP and need t be nerfed. |

You should be able to switch to the map, select a blue dot and have "take control" as an option along with "defend", etc.
You would then move the blue dot around, turn it to face the direction it needs to and then when you press the "X" button it would play an audio clip for them (at double their normal game volume"). The audio clip would be something simple, informative and inspiring, such as a drill instructor shouting "pull the damn trigger you idiot". |

In the future we'll be able to drop installations directly on blue dots. This will serve as a short term (10 seconds or so) correction to their bad influence. |
