You heard me....
What type of beer is your favorite?
For me, I prefer darker beers with hints of chocolate and the like in them. Something like this (for the American guys that is, idk if they ship it overseas)
Spaten is very nice as well. We're lucky enough to have a German beer hall in town that sells it vom Fa+ƒ |

Sleepy Zan wrote:America= weak beer You shouldn't confuse all american beers with american lagers. There are some very good american beers (craft beers), and if you can't find one you like, you can always BREW
YOUR
OWN!
I prefer different beers based on seasons. I live Florida and in the summer, a nice wheat beer hits the spot. Fall is always time for octoberfest (m+ñrzen and vienna also go in this category), Negra modelo is my all time commercial fav in that style. Winter is bock time, the extra alcohol helps with the cooler weather. Spring means it's getting warmer but it's still tolerable outside and I enjoy almost anything sour, flanders red and a nice gueze go really well with springtime bbq's. Brewing your own is by far, the best way to get exactly what you are looking for (with experience, of course). Also, for christmas, do yourselves a favor and seek out anything barrel aged, it gives the beer a hint (or wallop) of burbon but you also get hints of vanilla and caramel along with it. |

Do you get any ingredients online? I'm always looking for a new supply house! I buy my main portion of my grist in 50# bulk but the specialty grains are usually purchased per batch. |

I love love cider, but it's so fcuking expensive for just fermented juice, if you try brewing your own, it's a lot cheaper and much more rewarding. Apple juice + $.99 pack of yeast + a bit of patience = a very rewarding and fruitfull hobby, and it's fun to share! HOMEBREWERS UNITE!!!! |

Homebrewing is rad. I've been brewing beer for 10 years, cider for 5 and mead for 2 years. I'm now working to open a distillery... moving up to the hard stuff. |

In all seriousness I love strong beer such as Guinness. Although I also like most of the Sam Adams Beer. |
