This is much worse then the frame-rate/lag from before ( I don't care what you call it). Early this morning it wasn't to bad but now its make things unplayable.
Its on every map and I get a ton of flash from hitting reds and almost no damage. On the other side I will see a red throw a grenade and I will move to avoid just to be dead back where i started to run from. Is the server not getting what my client is doing? Second I am getting in guns fights and going from full health to dead. I dont see the sheild/armor bar go down at all. I can't tell if i am just standing still to them and giving free kills away or what.
so here is what i have done. I played on both of my PS3's and same effect. I called att unverse to have them check connection from their end and everything is fine. I steamed hd movies from nextflix on both PS3 at same time no issues. I did this while on the phone with att. I tried pinging the US battle servers but seems ping answer is off so i cant tell if there is latency or packet loss.
This isn't like before where on certain maps with memory leaks I would get stutters of frame rate. This is me seeming myself move fluidly but without results.
Ran up to a guy hacking an objective and shoot at him almost point blank and i see shield flash from me hitting him. He never moves. Next thing i see is me being dead on the ground and the guy hacking is who killed me.

Same issue today... Higher amounts of lag than usual. Sometimes if feels like lag (people teleporting around or running weird) othertimes its quick fps drops which throw aim way off. Not sure if both situations are caused by lag or if they are separate issues, but its been happening often today. |

same here seem to be worse when your nearer the middle of the maps
at some point the game is completely unplayable with a fps of 1 frame every 10 seconds |

Dust is heating up my PS3 faster now. Used to take 8 hrs to start losing performance due to an overheated PS3, now it takes about 10 minutes to get hot, and about 15 seconds in a firefight to start stuttering and get the system hot enough to turn a hand placed on the system outside the power suplly vent red.
Normally I'd say I need to open it up and blow out the heatsink, but I can't believe that it would accuulate that much buildup overnight.
Don't forget to file your bug reports on this, gents. |

I've noticed this as well, more connection wise than in game performance/fps however. Today it took me on average a good 3-5 minutes to get into any game mode (via quick game) and when I did the game very often had less than 10 minutes left on the clock; in one case having just over 1min game time left. Then the same at the end of the game, no matter what the outcome, the vic/def screen stays on for minutes and then kicks me back to my quarters with no ISK or SP. I'm fairly sure it's not my connection though as like I say I have very few- no issues when playing the actual game...all 1 minute of it... |

Played last night with my friend in squad and played only Skirmish (3-5 objectives). The whole time frame rate was very bad and varied from 1-15 frames per second.
One time an enemy was hacking our objective and I got behind him with a shotgun to 1-2 meters and after 3-4 shots his shields and armor was at full and I died god knows why.
So basically I was giving away free kills last night for the entire play.
I am angry but that brings us nothing, so I just post this a a bug
Have old Fat PS3 (used to have 80GB) and I live in Bogota, Colombia. Have 4Mbit download and 1Mbit upload, last night had Dust the whole line to itself. |
