Pretty sure passive is EXACTLY 1k sp every hour. Trust me, I've done tests and measurements to prove this.
I'm probably going to get this, simply because I don't play enough for an active booster to actually help me, and I have another 9k aur that I'm never going to use before the next update.
I'm guessing that it adds 50% bonus to passive xp that is gained. For instance, every hour you get 1.5k instead of 1k. Also, on an alt, you wouldn't be getting 1k an hour because passive would be turned off. So if you applied the math, it would be a 50% bonus to 0 sp, which means 0 sp.
You could change passive xp to on for an alt, get the booster, and then turn off passive as soon as the booster is done if you want an extra sp gain on your alt without doing anything. |

170k a week passive is what I get right now, and I'd be getting 250k a week with it. That's a lot to me.
Look, I play this game so little, that I get more sp from passive than I do actively. Not to mention an update is around the corner, and I don't have anything else to spend aur on right now since I bought the $5 package just for the militia bpo items. |

I don't play enough during the week to actually make use of the active booster. The smallest amount of money Sony allows you to add to your account is $5, that's 10k aurum. I only wanted to buy militia bpos with it, and ended up with 9k aurum left. The active boosters don't make enough for me to have them be worthwhile with the amount of time I play, so I spent 7k on a passive because I'm never going to use that aurum anyways.
For instance, I make an extra 80k from the passive booster.
On an average of about 7k sp a match, that means I would only be getting 3.5k sp from the active booster, which means I would have to play an average of about 23 matches in order to get 80k from the active booster. I don't have to do anything to get that same amount of sp from the passive booster, and I can play as much or as little as I want.
Because I probably only play about 15 matches a week, I would only be getting around 50k bonus sp with the active one.
I do agree that 80k more during the week is kinda a small amount compared to other players who play a ton alongside an active booster. The passive booster should increase passive sp to 2x the amount to give players twice the amount of passive that they normally would. ______________________________
As for you guys that keep arguing about the rate of passive sp, it is exactly 1 sp/3.6 sec
This corresponds to: 16.67 sp/min 1000 sp/hr 24000 sp/day
I'm not sure if the sp is added during downtime. |
